Kelowna Denture Clinic
Dentures can be a very cost effective means of restoring one or several missing teeth with a single removable appliance. Each case is unique and requires an examination in order to diagnose and recommend the best options to meet your specific needs. During this examination, we will be happy to answer any questions you may. Whether you are new to dentures or have had them for many years, we will thoroughly explain the different types of denture options available to you.

Depending on your needs, we may recommend:
- Traditional complete denture - These types of dentures typically rely on "suction" to be used properly. They replace all of the teeth in one or both arches
- Cast metal partial denture - If there are a few viable teeth remaining in an arch, these teeth can sometimes be used as an anchor for a partial denture. These appliances can be quite transformative, replacing missing gum tissue and several missing teeth with a single appliance.
- Acrylic partial denture - Generally more of a temporary option, this type of denture can be used during a transition period quite effectively.
- Implant supported denture - Using dental implants as anchors, these dentures "clip" into place for a sturdy and snug fit.
